About Me

Hello! I’m Charles L Grimm, a passionate Network Engineer based in Spokane, Washington. My journey in technology began decades ago, fueled by curiosity and a love for solving complex problems. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being highly motivated, responsible, and uniquely qualified in IT infrastructure management and technical support. Currently, I work part-time as a Senior Network Engineer for Tech Dispatch, LLC, located in Anchorage, Alaska where I help clients tackle networking, server, and workstation challenges. I enjoy working with a variety of technologies—from Windows and Linux systems to business software like Office 365 and QuickBooks. My goal is always to design solutions that make life easier for my clients and help their businesses run smoothly.

Before this, I founded CNK Computer Solutions, Inc., where I had the privilege of building custom computers and servers, managing a small team, and supporting local businesses with their IT needs. I loved the hands-on aspect of creating tailored solutions and the satisfaction of seeing a project come together from start to finish.

My career also includes time as an Electronics Technician with the Federal Aviation Administration and as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy. These roles taught me the value of teamwork, precision, and lifelong learning. I'm proud to have contributed to projects that improved aviation safety and to have received recognition for my work. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who enjoys tackling new challenges, whether it’s mastering a new technology or helping friends and family with their tech questions.
